I have been a REALTOR since 2004. I am a Director and a member of the Bucks County Board of Realtors. I attended Pierce College majoring in Paralegal Studies specializing in Real Estate. I am member of the Manchester Who’s Who, YPN, Central Bucks Business Women, Bucks County Realtors Group, Bucks Chamber of Commerce, RE/MAX Hall of Fame club,Chairman's Club, and receipient of the Life Time Acheivement Award. I have been a resident of Bucks County for the past 20 years. I spent many years volunteering at my children’s schools and supporting the community organizations. My philosophy on learning is that you are never too old to learn something new. I feel my career as a Realtor has allowed me to incorporate all of my education and has given me the chance to utilize my strengths.
I encourage buyers throughout the pre-approval process to ask questions. I believe it is my responsibility as a Realtor to educate and guide buyers of all allowable credits given by the seller and lending institutions. I have negotiated multiple short sales with various banks. I understand what is expected as a Realtor and am able to guide the seller and buyer to provide the necessary information to the bank in a timely matter.
